Hi, I’m Diana. I’m an Accredited Genealogist professional, lecturer, and author. I have twenty-one years of research experience and hold credentials for genealogy research and lecturing through the International Commission for the Accreditation of Professional Genealogists (ICAPGen). My area of expertise is the United States Gulf South Region, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
I specialize in U.S. and DNA research, genealogy consulting & coaching. My proximity to the Family Search Library in Salt Lake City gives me access to its fabulous record collections. I like nothing more than to help my clients solve their family history mysteries!

Lisa Stokes, AG, is a professional genealogist accredited in the Mid-South region of the United States. She serves as a Commissioner for the International Commission for the Accreditation of Professional Genealogists (ICAPGEN) and leads the Education Committee. In this capacity, she oversees the ICAPGen Study Groups, which help aspiring genealogists learn about accreditation. Lisa co-coordinated the SLIG course "Becoming an Accredited Genealogist" in 2022 and 2023 and has presented at RootsTech and the BYU Conference on Family History and Genealogy. Her favorite request from her grandchildren is, "Grandma, tell us a story about our family!"
